P RINTI NG AND BIN DING For printing and binding for the Navy Department and the Naval Establishment executed at the Government Printing Office, $490,000, including not exceeding $102,000 for the Hydrographic Office and $2,800 for the Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps . PRINTING HISTORICAL AND NAV AL DOCUMENTS For continuing the printing of historical and naval documents, including composition, clerical copying in the Navy Department., and other preparatory work, in accordance with the provisions of the appropriation made for the commencement of this work as con- tained in the Naval Appropriation Act for the fiscal year 1935, $20,000, together with the unexpended balance for this purpose for the fiscal year 1937 : Provided, That nothing in such Act shall pre- clude the Public Printer from furnishing one hundred and fifty copies of each volume published to the Library of Congress .
