To au thorize the Secretary of War to lease to Old Fo rt Nia gara As sociat ion, [Public, No . 190]

Incorporated, portions of the Fort Niagara Military Reservation, New York . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to lease to Old Fort Niagara Association, Inc orporated, a nonprof it membership corpor ation incorporated under the laws of the State of New York, that portion of the Fort Niagara Military Reservation, New York, known as Old Fort Niagara, including all grounds, buildings, and fortifications pertaining thereto which have been restored and rehabilitated by Old Fort Niagara Association, Incorporated, and the United States of Amer ica, toge ther with suc h ad ditio nal adja cent area s an d/or buil d- ings as, in the discretion of the Secretary of War, may be or become necessary for such term or terms and subject to such conditions as, in the discretion of the Secretary of War, shall be advisable Provided, howevert That the consideration for any lease executed pursuant to this Act shall be the maintenance by said Old Fort Niagara Association, Incorporated, of said premises in accordance with the terms of such lease, and every such lease shall be revocable at will by the Secretary of War . Approved, July 8, 1937 . [CH AP TER 44 3] AN ACT Authorizing cash relief for certain employees of the Panama Canal not coming within the provisions of the Canal Zone Retirement Act . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re pres entat ives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That t he Governor of the Panama Canal, under such regulations as may be prescribed by the President of the United States, may pay cash relief to such employees of the Panama Canal not coming within the provisions of the Canal Zone Retirement Act as may become unfit for further usef ul s ervi ce by rea son of me ntal or physi cal disa bilit y re sult ing from age or dise ase, and also to suc h former employees of the Panama Canal not coming within the provisions of the Canal Zone Retirement Act as have within three years prior to the date of enactment of this Act been separated from the service because of unfitness for further useful service by reason of such disability Provided, That such cash relief shall not exceed $1 per month for each year of service of the employee so furnished relief, with a maximum of $25 per month, nor be granted to any employee having less than ten years' service with the Panama Canal, including any service with the Panama Railroad Company on the Isthmus of Pana ma . SEC . 2. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated annually such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act . Approved, July 8, 1937 .
