Promotion of vocational rehabilitation of persons disabled in industry in Puerto Rico : For extending to the island of Puerto Rico the benefits of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the promotion of vocational rehabilitation of persons dis abled in indus- try", approved June 2, 1920, as amended (U . S . C ., title 29, sees . 31 11 ), in accor dance with th e provisions of the Act e ntitled "An Act to extend the provisions of certain laws relating to vocational education and civilian rehabilitation to Puerto Rico", approved March 3, 1931 (U. S . C ., title 29, sec . 45a), $15,000 . Not to exceed an aggregate of $3,000 of appropriations available to the Office of Education for salaries and expenses for vocational education shall be used for expenses of attendance at meetings of educational associations and other organizations which in the dis- cretion of the Commissioner of Education are necessary for the efficient discharge of its responsibilities .
