Judgments against collectors of customs : For the payment of claims allowed by the General Accounting Office covering judg- ments rendered by United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against collectors of customs, where certificates of probable cause have been issued as provided for under section 989, Revised Statutes (U . S . C ., title 28, sec . 842), and certified to the Seventy-fifth Congress in Senate Document Numbered 109 and House Document Numbered 318, under the Department of Labor, $17,174 .15 . SEc . 6 .
