SEC. 9. Any funds allocated by the United States Texas Centennial Commission to the Commission of Control for Texas Centennial Cele- bra tions u nder th e provi sions o f such Public Resolut ion Nu mbered 69 may be transferred in the discretion of the Commission upon the enact ment of th is joint r esolution to said Co mmission o f Control for Texas Centennial Celebrations to carry out the purposes for which such funds were so allocated . SEC . 10 . It shall be the duty of the Commission to transmit to Con gress, within six mon ths aft er the close o f the e xposit ion, a detailed statement of all expenditures, and such other reports as may be deemed proper, which reports shall be prepared and arranged with a view to concise statement and convenient reference . Up on the transmission of such report to Congress the Commission estab- lished by and all appointments made under the authority of this joint resolution shall terminate . Approved, April 9, 1937 . [CHAPTER 73] JOINT RESOLUTION To make funds available to carry out the provisions of existing law authorizing the purchase and distribution of products of the fishing industry . Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Un ited St ates o f America in Cong ress assemb led, That not to exceed $1,000 ,000 of th e funds av ailable to the Federa l Surplus Commoditie s Corporation may be used by such Corporation for the purpose of diverting surplus fish (including shellfish) and the products thereof from the normal channels of trade and commerce by the acquisition and distribution thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to authorize the purchase and distribution of produc ts of the fishing in dustry", ap proved Mar ch 5, 1937 .
