[Public, No. 393] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representativ es of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary oeeral Depot b eland of War is hereby authorized to convey to the Commonwealth of Exchange of lan ds Pennsylvania all right title, and interest of the United States in at, autho rized . and to that portion of the New Cumberland General Depot, New Cumberland 2 Pennsylvania, consisting of that portion of the said depot lying m the northwest corner thereof and now occupied by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under a lea se dated June 2, 1936, and to accept in exchange therefor a conveyance from the Common- wealth of Pennsylvania of the fee-simple title to a tract of land adjoining New Cumber land General Depot of approximately the same area, both conveyances to be under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Secretary of War .
