R. 4064) making appropria- tions for the Executive Office and sundry independent executive bureaus, boards, commissions, and offices, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1938, and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House of Representatives is hereby authorized and directed to change the amount of "$150,000,000" in the third paragraph under the heading "Social Security Board" to the sum of "$132,000,000" and to change the total accordingly. Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That the thanks of this Congress be presented to the Governor and through him to the people of the State of Nebraska for the statues of William Jennings Bryan and J. Sterling Morton, whose names are so honorably identified with the history of our country; that these works of art are accepted in the name of the Nation and assigned to places in the Capitol of the United States already set aside by Con- gress for the statues of eminent citizens; and that a copy of this resolution, signed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, be transmitted to the Governor of Nebraska.
