C . Antony, of Clyde, Kansas, the sum of $55; to Saint Joseph's Hospital, of Concordia, Kansas, the sum of $25.25; to Sadie E. Crimmins, registered nurse, of Concordia, Kansas, the sum of $28; and to A. J. Chaput, funeral director, of Clyde, Kansas, the sum of $5; in all, $113.25, in full settlement of their claims against the United States for medical, hospital, nursing, and ambulance services rendered Leo J. Jensen, private, first-class, United States Marine Corps, who died November 25, 1936, while on furlough, at Concordia, Kansas: Provided, That no part of the amount appro- priated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Miriam Grant, of San Francisco, California, the sum of $2,964, in full satis- faction of her claim against the United States for personal injuries sustained when the automobile she was driving was struck by a delivery truck operated by an inspector of the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture, at the intersection of Potrero Avenue and Twenty-second Street, San Francisco, Cali- fornia, on April 4, 1932: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 percentum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
