For continuing subjugation and for cropping operations on the lands of the Pima Indians in Arizona, there shall be available not to exceed $200,000 of the revenues derived from these operations and deposited into the Treasury of the United States to the credit of such Indians, and such revenues are hereby made available for payment of irrigation operation and maintenance charges assessed against tribal or allotted lands of said Pima Indians. For improvement, operation, and maintenance of the pumping plants and irrigation system on the Colorado River Indian Reserva- tion, Arizona, as provided in the Act of April 4, 1910 (36 Stat. 273), $17,000, reimbursable, together with $23,000, from which amount expenditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accordance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropria- tion Repeal Act, 1934. Operation and maintenance, pumping plants, San Carlos Reserva- tion, Arizona (tribal funds): For the operation and maintenance of pumping plants for the irrigation of lands on the San Carlos Reserva- tion, in Arizona, $5,000, to be paid from the funds held by the United States in trust for the Indians of such reservation: Provided, That the sum so used shall be reimbursed to the tribe by the Indians bene- fited under such rules and regulations as the Secretary of the Interior may prescribe. For reclamation and maintenance charges on Indian lands within the Yuma Reservation, California, and on ten acres within each of the eleven Yuma homestead entries in Arizona under the Yuma reclama- tion project, $21,000, reimbursable. For improvements, maintenance, and operation of the Fort Hall irrigation system, Idaho, and for the investigation of damage claims in connection therewith, $27,000, together with $25,000, from which amount expenditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accordance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropriation Repeal Act, 1934. For maintenance and operation, repairs, and purchase of stored waters, irrigation systems, Fort Belknap Reservation, Montana, $14,800, reimbursable, together with $4,200 from which amount expen- ditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accordance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropria- tion Repeal Act, 1934. For maintenance and operation of the several units of the Fort Peck project, Montana, including not to exceed four thousand acres under the West Side Canal of the Poplar River Division, $8,000, reim- bursable, together with $3,000 from which amount expenditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accord- ance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropriation Repeal Act, 1934. For operation and maintenance of the irrigation systems on the Flathead Reservation, Montana, $10,000, reimbursable, together with $100,000 (operation and maintenance collections) and $50,000 (power revenues), from which amounts of $100,000 and $50,000, respectively, expenditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accordance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropria- tion Repeal Act, 1934; in all, $160,000.
