Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the M iltary ApproPri- united States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not other- wise appropriated, for the Military Establishment for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1939, and for other purposes, namely: War Department. SALARIES, WAR DEPARTMENT Personal services, For compensation for personal services in the District of Columbia, D.
