Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following- described lands be, and the same are hereby, added to and made a part of the Rio Grande National Forest in the State of Colorado, subject to prior adverse rights, and are to be hereafter administered under the laws and regulations relating to the national forests: NEW MEXICO PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN Sections 21 and 22, and sections 25 to 36, inclusive, township 42 north, range 5 east. Sections 31, 32, and 33, township 42 north, range 6 east. East half section 7; sections 8 to 17, inclusive; east half section 18; sections 19 to 29, inclusive; east half section 30; sections 32 to 36, inclusive; township 41 north, range 4 east. All of township 41 north, range 5 east. West half of township 41 north, range 6 east. Sections 1 to 5, inclusive, and sections 8 to 19, inclusive, township 40 north, range 4 east. [CHAPTER 530] AN ACT To add certain lands on the island of Hawaii to the Hawaii National Park, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That when title to all or any of the following-described lands on the island of Hawaii in the Territory of Hawaii, shall be vested in the United States, such lands shall be, and the same are hereby, added to and made a part of the Hawaii National Park: Kalapana extension (being portions of the lands of Kahaualea, Panaunui, and Apua and all of the lands of Poupou, Pulama, Kamo- amoa, Laeapuki, Panauiki, Kealakomo, and Kahue, in the district of Puna, and portion of the land of Keauhou, in the district of Kau): Beginning at the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey triangula- tion station Kupapau (marked by a survey tablet set in large rock), the true azimuth and distance from said point of beginning to the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey triangulation station Hakuma (marked by a United States Coast and Geodetic Survey tablet set in smooth lava outcrop and surrounded by a circular patch of cement near edge of sea pali) being two hundred and forty-four 781 June 20, 1938 [H.
