Printing and binding: For printing and binding for the Supreme Court of the United States, $23,000, to be expended as required with- out allotment by quarters, and to be executed by such printer as the Court may designate. C . 13a-13d), including improve- ments, maintenance, repairs, equipment, supplies, materials, and appurtenances; special clothing for workmen; purchase of water- proof wearing apparel; personal and other services, and for snow removal by hire of men and equipment or under contract without compliance with sections 3709 and 3744 of the Revised Statutes (41 U. S. C. 5, 16), $62,500. UNITED STATES COURTS FOR TIlE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA Sixty per centum of the expenditures for the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia from all appropria- tions under this title and 30 per centum of the expenditures for the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia from all appropriations under this title shall be reimbursed to the United States from any funds in the Treasury to the credit of the District of Columbia.
