The project for local protection on the Red River in Grant Parish 52 Stat. 122. below Colfax, Louisiana, authorized by the Act approved June 28, 1938, is hereby amended to add and authorize the following: Levee enlargement, new levee extension, and the construction of appur- tenant drainage structures on the left bank of the Red River opposite Pineville, La.
