Regulations The regulations contained in Proclamation No. 2525 of December 7, 1941, relative to natives, citizens, denizens or subjects of Japan are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this proclamation, and shall be applicable to alien enemies defined in this proclamation. This proclamation and the regulations herein prescribed shall extend and apply to all land and water, continental or insular, in any way within the jurisdiction of the United States. ENLARGING THE PINNACLES NATIONAL MONUMENT-CALIFORNIA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS it appears that certain lands adjoining the Pinnacles National Monument in California are required for the proper care, management and protection of the objects of scientific interest situ- ated on lands within the said monument; and WHEREAS it appears that it would be in the public interest to reserve such lands as an addition to said monument: NOW, THEREFORE, I, FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT, Presi- dent of the United States of America, under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 8, 1906 (ch. 3060, 34 Stat. 225; U. S .
