Claims for damages: For the payment of claims for damages to any person or damages to or loss of privately owned property caused by employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, acting within the scope of their employment, considered, adjusted, and determined by the Attorney General, under the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the adjustment and settlement of certain claims arising out of the activities of the Federal Bureau of Investi- gation", approved March 20, 1936 (5 U. PAY AND EXPENSES OF BAILIFFS Pay and expenses of bailiffs: For an additional amount for pay and expenses of bailiffs, Department of Justice, fiscal year 1942 including the objects specified under this head in the Department of Justice Appropriation Act, 1942, $20,000. NAVY DEPARTMENT OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY Claims for damages by collision with naval vessels: To pay claims for damages adjusted and determined by the Secretary of the Navy under the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to amend the Act authorizing the Secretary of the Navy to settle claims for damages to private property arising from collisions with naval vessels", 34tU. c . 5Bi9. approved December 28, 1922, as fully set forth in Senate Document Numbered 218 and House Document Numbered 789, Seventy-seventh Congress, $1,963.04.
