ARMY Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That the action of the Speaker of the House of Representatives and of the Vice President in signing the enrolled bill (S. 2202) to rein- state Paul A. Larned, a major, United States Army, retired, to the active list of Regular Army is hereby rescinded; Resolved further, That the action of the Senate and the House of Representatives in passing the said bill is hereby vacated. INTERSTATE COMMERCE ACT, AMENDMENTS Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That in enrolling S. 210, an Act to amend the Interstate Commerce Act, as amended, to provide for the regulation of freight forwarders, the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to strike out the word "fifteen" in section 409 (a) (7) contained therein and insert in lieu thereof the word "thirty". Passed May 12, 1942. REVENUE REVISION OF 1942 Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That, in accordance with paragraph 3 of section 2 of the Printing Act approved March 1, 1907, the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to have printed for its use three thousand additional copies of the hearings, held before said committee, on the bill entitled "Revenue revision of 1942". Passed June 11, 1942. CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS- 9 Mar 23, Apr. 28, 1942 [56 STAT. May 12, June ii. 1942 the Committee on Naval Affairs to conduct thorough studies and investigations of the progress of the national defense program with a view to determining whether such program is being carried forward efficiently, expeditiously, and economically, be printed for the use of the House Committee on Naval Affairs.
