INDEPENDENT EXECUTIVE AGENCIES BITUMINOUS COAL CONSUMERS' COUNSEL Salaries and expenses: For the Office of the Bituminous Coal Con- sumers' Counsel, fiscal year 1943, in carrying out the functions thereof as created by the Bituminous Coal Act of 1937, as amended (15 U. S. C. 849 and 852), as further amended by the Act of April 24, 1943 (Public Law 40), and as further amended, to be supplemental to and merged with the appropriation under this head in the Inde- pendent Offices Appropriation Act, 1943, and to be available for the same objects of expenditure, $16,000, to continue available during the fiscal year 1944. FEDERAL SECURITY AGENCT PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE Miscellaneous and contingent expenses: For an additional amount for "Miscellaneous and contingent expenses", fiscal year 1943, including the objects specified under this head in the Federal Security Agency Appropriation Act, 1943, $31,000.
