AUDITED CLAIMS For the payment of the following claim, certified to be due by the accounting officers of the District of Columbia, under appropriations, the balances of which have been exhausted or carried to the surplus fund under the provisions of section 5 of the Act of June 20, 1874 (31 U. S . C. 713), being for the service of the fiscal year 1941 and 18st. 1o. prior fiscal years: Water Department, Distribution System, Expenses, District of Columbia, 1941, all other expenditures, payable wholly from the revenues of the Water Department, $4,808. DIVISION OF EXPENSES The foregoing sums for the District of Columbia, unless otherwise therein specifically provided, shall be paid out of the revenues of the District of Columbia and the Treasury of the United States in the manner prescribed by the District of Columbia appropriation Acts for the respective fiscal years for which such sums are provided. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE LOANS, GRANTS, AND RURAL REHABILITATION For an amount in addition to the $20,000,000 appropriated under this head in the Department of Agriculture Appropriation Act, 1944, A-nt, P.a2. and for the same objects and subject to the same conditions, $6,500,000; and the limitation of $60,000,000 in the authorization and direction to Advan ms fom the Reconstruction Finance Corporation to make advances, contained Anie, p. 2 . under this head in said Act, is hereby increased to $67,500,000.
