Provided, however, that $300,-
000 of the amount shall be paid
only if the revenue situation and
outlook of the Haitian Govern-
ment at the end of the first half
of the fiscal year ending septem-
ber 30, 1945, indicate that the re-
ceipts for the entire fiscal year
will reach Gdes. 35,000,000, in
which case the $300,000 shall be
paid in monthly installments of
$100,000 in May, June and July,
1945.
Signed at Port-au -Prince, in
duplicate, in the English and
French languages, this 9th day of
November nineteen hundred and
forty-four.
