Group B: A basic salary of $3,000 per year, with an annual increase in salary of $100 for three years, or until a maximum salary of $3,300 per year is reached. Group C: A basic salary of $2,100 per year, with an annual increase in salary of $100 for twelve years, or until a maximum salary of $3,300 per year is reached. Group D: A basic salary of $3,400 per year, with an annual increase in salary of $100 for three years, or until a maximum salary of $3,700 per year is reached.
