CCXIX.——A·n Act for the relig pil Peggy Abel, Sally Rolls, and Elijah June 28’1836_ Be it enacted, <§~c., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Peggy Abel, Sally Rolls, and Elijah Green, in the Amo,,,,, 0,- state of Virginia, children and heirs at law of Elijah Green, late of said pension to be state, deceased, the sum of nine hundred and sixty dollars, it being the Pttld *°*h°m· amount of ten years’ pension in arrear to the said Elijah Green, senior, in consequence of his name having been stricken from the pension roll by a decision of the Department of War, and afterwards restored by a reversal of said decision.
