Printing and binding: For an additional amount, fiscal year 1946, for "Printing and binding", $75,000. Salaries and expenses, Lands Division: For an additional amount, fiscal year 1942, for "Salaries and expenses, Lands Division", includ- ing the objects specified under this head in the Department of Justice Appropriation Act, 1942, $408.89. Fees of witnesses: For an additional amount, fiscal year 1946, for "Fees of witnesses", including the objects specified under this head in the Department of Justice Appropriation Act, 1946, $63,500: Pro- vided, That the limitation on the amount which may be expended for compensation and expenses of witnesses or informants authorized or approved by the Attorney General is hereby increased from $25,000 to $50,000.
