[CHAPTER 110] AN ACT To change the designation of Custer Battlefield National Cemetery, in the State of Montana, to "Custer Battlefield National Monument", and for other pur- poses. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the area now within the Custer Battlefield National Cemetery, in the State of Montana, shall hereafter be known as the "Custer Battlefield National Monument", under which name this national monument shall be entitled to receive and to use all moneys heretofore or hereafter appro- priated for the Custer Battlefield National Cemetery. [CHAPTER 112] AN ACT To authorize the permanent appointment in the grades of General of the Army, Fleet Admiral of the United States Navy, general in the Marine Corps, and admiral in the Coast Guard, respectively, of certain individuals who have served in such grades during the Second World War. March 23, 194 [S. 1354] [Public Law 333] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President Army. is hereby authorized, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint to the permanent grade of General of the Army any individual who shall have served in such grade after December 14, 1944, and before August 14, 1945, and to appoint to the permanent u.s . Nav grade of Fleet Admiral of the United States Navy any individual who shall have served in such grade after December 14, 1944, and before Ra December 14, 1945.
