On the above route the airline or airlines authorized to operate the route may operate nonstop flights between any of the points enumer- ated omitting stops at one or more of the other points so enumerated. I. Airlines of the Republic of Peru, designated in conformity with the present agreement, are accorded rights of transit and of nontraffic stop in and through the territory of the United States of America and in and through the Canal Zone as well as the right to pick up and discharge international traffic in passengers, cargo, and mail at Washington D. C ., New York, N. Y ., and the Canal Zone on the following route via intermediate points in both directions: From Peru via the Canal Zone and Havana, Cuba, to Washington, D. C ., and New York, N. Y; and beyond the United States to Montreal, Canada. On the above route the airline or airlines authorized to operate the route may operate nonstop flights between any of the points enumerated omitting stops at one or more of the other points so enumerated.
