ARTICLE 3 The Government of the United States will send to Greece a mission to be known as the American Mission for Aid to Greece (herein- after referred to as the American Mission). The Chief of the American Mission designated by the President of the United States will re- present the Government of the United States on matters relating to the assistance furnished under this Agreement.
