ARTICLE 7 The Government of Greece and the Government of the United States will cooperate in assuring the peoples of the United States and Greece full information, consistent with the security of the two countries, concerning the assistance fur- nished to Greece by the United States. To this end-- 1J Representatives of the press and radio of the United States will be permitted to observe freely and to report fully regard- ing the utilization of such assistance; and
