In view of the fact that approximately two-thirds of the funds which were made available to the German Chamber of Commerce were furnished by the German Government or its agents, the Govern- ment of Sweden is requested sympathetically to consider the sugges- tion that it should accordingly treat that proportion of the net pro- ceeds of liquidation as a German asset.
