Article 92 is amended to read as follows: "ART. 92. MURDER-RAPE. -Any person subject to military law found guilty of murder shall suffer death or imprisonment for life, as a court-martial may direct; but if found guilty of murder not pre- meditated, he shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
