AMBASSADOR: I have the honor to inform Your Excellency that the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Chile and the Government of the United States of America, signed on this day, will be approved by each Contracting Party in accordance with its own laws and shall enter into force upon the exchange of the respective instruments of the two Contracting Parties indicating such approval. The two Contracting Parties will undertake to make the provisions of this Agreement effective, beginning with this date, within their respective administrative powers.
