Me complazco en manifestar a Vuestra Excelencia que mi Gobierno conviene en la pr6rroga proyectada de aquel Convenio, sobre la base expuesta en la nota de Vuestra Excelencia y que, por tanto, el Gobierno de Colombia considerara que la nota de Vuestra Excelencia y la presente respuesta de conformidad, constituyen un Convenio cele- brado entre nuestros dos Gobiernos, el cual entrara en vigencia desde el dia en que el Ministro de Higiene de Colombia y un representante del Instituto de Asuntos Interamericanos firmen un Convenio que incluya los detalles tecnicos de dicha pr6rroga.
