Any amounts of the reserve not so paid will not be claimed by the United States Government, and will revert to the free dis- position of the Belgian Government upon combined notification by the United States, United Kingdom, and Canadian Gov- ernments. If the provisions of this memorandum are acceptable to the Govern- ment of Luxembourg, it will be appreciated if the Government of the United States might have a reply from the Government of Luxem- bourg expressing its concurrence.
