GENERAL PROVISIONS Travel expenses. SEC. 202. Appropriations under this title available for salaries and expenses shall be available for travel expenses and, when specifically authorized by the Federal Security Administrator, for expenses of attendance at meetings concerned with the function or activity for which any such appropriation is made. SEC. 203. Appropriations under this title available for salaries and expenses shall be available for payment of claims pursuant to section 60 Stat. 843; 62 Stat. 403 of the Federal Tort Claims Act (28 U. S . Appropriations under this title available for salaries and 'I,§ 2672, 10. expenses shall be available for examination of estimates of appropria- tions in the field, for exchange of books, and for payment in advance when authorized by the Federal Security Administrator for dues or fees for library membership in organizations whose publications are available to members only or to members at a price lower than to the general public.
