C . 59 Stat. 597. 31.S.C.§8 41 t 841), are authorized, with the approval of the Comptroller General, seq.; Supp. II, 846 to consolidate, notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, into Ante,p .356. one or more accounts for banking and checking purposes all cash, including amounts appropriated, from whatever source derived: Provided, That such cash, including amounts appropriated, of such corporations or agencies shall be expended in accordance with the applicable terms of their respective enabling acts and any other acts applicable to their transactions.
