To amend or repeal certain laws relating to Government records, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate arid House of Representatives of the Governmentrecords. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following Repeals.
Act s and part s of Act s a r e h e r e by r e p e a l e d:
(1) The sixth paragraph on page 642 of volume 31 of the Statutes at Large, in the Act of June 6, 1900 (2 U.S.C. 147). (2) Section 4 of the Act of July 19, 1919 (41 Stat. 233; 5 U.S.C. 111). (3) The second full paragraph on page 412 of volume 21 of the Statutes at Large, in the Act of March 3, 1881 (5 U.S.C. 112). (4) The second sentence of the first full paragraph on page 228 of volume 22 of the Statutes at Large, in the Act of August 5, 1882 ( 5 U.S.C. 112). (5) The Act of February 16, 1889 (25 Stat. 672- 5 U.S.C. 112). (6) The fourth full paragraph on page 933 of volume 28 of the Statutes at Large, in the Act of March 2, 1895 (5 U.S.C. 112).
