Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin? istration of the immigration and naturalization laws, the provisions of sections 4(a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, shall be held to be applicable to the alien Wong See Sun, the minor unmarried daughter of Y. Be it enacted by the Senate and Hous^ of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 4(a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, the minor child. Franco Berardi, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. F r a n k Berardi, citizens of the United States. Approved July 15, 1952.

Quota deductions.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws. Doctor Manuel Magtalis Geronimo and D(x;tor Rita Villaroman Geronimo shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fees and head taxes. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct two numbers from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
