diction of any Government agency, and said rates may be fixed without regard to any provision of law in limitation thereof. SEC. 110. During the current fiscal year not less than $20,000,000 in the aggregate from appropriations under this title, exclusive of Acquisition of Buildings Abroad, shall be used to purchase foreign currencies or credits owed to or owned by the Treasury of the United States for carrying out the purposes of said appropriations. SEC. 111. No part of any appropriation contained in this title shall be used to pay the salary or expenses of any person a s s i ^ e d to or serving in any office of any of the several States of the United States or any political subdivision thereof. SEC. 112. None of the funds appropriated in this title shall be used (1) to pay the United States contribution to any international organization which engages in the direct or indirect promotion of the principle or doctrine of one world government or one world citizenship; (2) for the promotion, direct or indirect, of the principle or doctrine of one world government or one world citizenship. SEC. 113. No part of any appropriation contained in this title shall be used to pay any expenses incident to or in connection with participation in the International Materials Conference. This title may be cited as the "Department of State Appropriation Act, 1953".

For expenses necessary for the administration of the Department of Justice and for examination of judicial offices, including miscellaneous and emergency expenses authorized or approved by the Attorney General or his Administrative Assistant; and examination of estimates of appropriations in the field; $2,375,000. For expenses necessary for the legal activities of the Department of Justice not otherwise provided for, including miscellaneous and emergency expenses authorized or approved by the Attorney General or his Administrative Assistant; and advances of public moneys pursuant to law (31 U.S.C. 529); $9,900,000. SALARIES A N D EXPENSES, ANTITRUST DIVISION

For expenses necessary for the enforcement of antitrust and kindred laws, $3,500,000: Provided, That none of this appropriation shall be expended for the establishment and maintenance of permanent regional offices of the Antitrust Division. SALARIES A N D EXPENSES, UNITED STATES ATTORNEYS A N D MARSHALS

For necessary expenses of the offices of United States attorneys and marshals and United States district attorneys in Alaska, including purchase of not to exceed seven passenger motor vehicles; services in Alaska in collecting evidence for the United States when specifically directed by the Attorney General; and firearms and ammunition; $13,750,000, of which not to exceed $50,000 shall be available for the employment of temporary deputy marshals in lieu of bailiffs at a rate not to exceed $10 per day.
