Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child Toni Anne Simmons (Hitomi |®u sV^i'i^o?* Urasaki) shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien 1155.
