REORGANIZATION PLANS OF 1954

SEC. 5. Elective date.—The provisions of this reorganization plan shall take effect at the time determined under the provisions of sec^^^^ ^^^^ ^^ ^^^ Reorganization Act of 1949, as amended, or at the close of June 30, 1954, whichever is later, and shall be effective notwithstanding any heretofore enacted provisions of law transferring the duty of completing the liquidation of the assets and the winding up of the affairs of the Corporation.
