cretion of the Secretary, no part of this appropriation shall be expended for the control of sweetpotato weevil in any State until such State has provided cooperation necessary to accomplish this purpose, or for barberry eradication until a sum or sums at least equal to such expenditures shall have been made available by States, counties, or local authorities, or by individuals or organizations for the accomplishment of this purpose, or with respect to the golden nematode except as prescribed in section 4 of the Golden Nematode Act. Meat inspection: For carrying out the provisions of laws relating to Federal inspection of meat and meat-food products; $14,325,000.

February 24, 1925 (7 U.S.C. 361, 366, 370, 371, 373-376, 380, 382), 43 Stat. 970. $2,880,000; Bankhead-Jones Act, title I of the Act approved June 29, 1935 (7 U.S.C. 427-427g), sections 3 and 5, $2,863,708, and 49 Stat. 436. sections 9 and 11 of said Act as added by the Act of August 14, 1946 (7 U.S.C. 427h, 427]), including administration by the Office of ^ ^^^^' i°83.
