Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled., That the first sen- gj^^'=°"'= drugs, tence of subsection (a) of section 7237 of the Internal Revenue Code v^oiation.^ of 1954 is hereby amended by striking out "subpart C of part I," and 68A Stat. 860. inserting in lieu thereof "part I".
