Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purl^rfc*! lo^iAote. poses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Anatoly Batenko and Vladimir Batenko shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fees: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited with respect to the 8\rfc*ii8*3' ^^i^ Vladimir Batenko as prescribed by section 213 of such Act. CHAPTER 62 AN ACT For the relief of David Manuel Porter.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and 66 Stat. 169, 180. Nationality Act, the minor child, David Manuel Porter (Manuel 11*55?^^ 110 1, Paci^eco), shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Warren R. Porter and Mrs. Betty O'Brian Porter, citizens of the United States. Approved May 23, 1955.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur8^ul*c*l m^note P^^^^ ^^ ^^^ Immigration and Nationality Act, Marek S. Korowicz shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment Quota deduction, ^f ^\^\^ j^^t, upou payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
