C H A P T E R 364 AN ACT For the relief of Paul E. Mihvard.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,000 to Paul E. Milward, of Braintree, Massachusetts, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for personal injuries and expenses incident thereto as a result of an accident involving a United States Army truck which occurred in Boston, Massachusetts, on December 22, 1941: Provided, That Paul E. Milward executes a release of the judgment entered in the case of Paul Milward against Peter C. Penta, No. 175385, in the Municipal Court of the City of Boston, on or about January 6, 1953: And provided further, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. C H A P T E R 365

AN ACT For the relief of the Utica Brewing Company.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay to the I'tica Brewing Company, of l^tica, New York, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $900, representing the amount paid by said company to the Internal Revenue Service for four fermented malt liquor stamps of the twenty-five barrel denomination at $225 each, which stamps were rendered useless and unfit for the purl)ose intended, having become lost between the Office of the District Director of Internal Revenue and the office of said brewing company and remain unfound: Provided, That the Utica Brewing Company, of T'tica, New York, shall first file in the Treasury Department a sufficient bond in the penal sum of $900 paid for such stamps, in such form and with such surety or sureties as may be acceptable to the Secretary of the Treasury, to indemnify and save harmless the Ignited vStates from any loss on account of the stamps herein described: Provided further. That no part of the amount appropriated in the Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of the services rendered in connection with this claim, and
