The project for flood protection on the Floyd River, Iowa, is hereby authorized substantially as recommended by the Chief of Engineers in House Document Numbered 417, Eighty-fourth Congress, at an estimated cost of $8,060,000. The project for flood protection on the Black Vermillion River at Frankfort, Kansas, is hereby authorized substantially as recommended by the Chief of Engineers in House Document Numbered 409, Eighty-fourth Congress, at an estimated cost of $850,000.
