Private Law 85-731 AN ACT For the relief of Daniel (Natlianiel) Rosenzweig.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of sections 212(a)(1) and 212 (a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Daniel (Nathaniel) Rosenzweig may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 21o of the said Act: Provided further, That these exemptions shall apply only to grounds for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Private Law 85-732 AN ACT For the relief of Him Man Chau.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 203(a)(3) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Hing Man Chau shall be held and considered to be the minor child of King Yat Chau, an alien lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence. Private Law 85-733 AN ACT For the relief of Concettina lannacchino.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Concettina lannacchino, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Luigi and Maddalena lannacchino, citizens of the United States: Provided, That no natural parent of Concettina lannacchino, by virtue of such relationship, shall be accorded any right, status, or privilege under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
