Private Law 85-460 AN ACT To provide for the removal of a cloud on the title to certain real property located in the State of Illinois.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United Clinton States hereby releases, remises, and quitclaims all right, title, and m. interest in and to "200 acres, part of east one-half section 24, township 1 north, range 3 west," Clinton County, Illinois, which the United States may have by virtue of a deed made to the United States on August 24, 1868, by the United States marshal for the southern district of Illinois, recorded in book 3 of deeds at page 116, records of Clinton County, Illinois, to the person or persons who would, except for any claim of right, title, and interest in and to such land on the part of the United States by virtue of said deed, be entitled to said land under the laws of the State of Illinois. Private Law 85-461 AN ACT For the relief of Ernst Haeusserman. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 352 (a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act shall be held to have been and to be inapplicable to the case of Ernst Haeusserman: Provided, That he returns to the United States to reside no later than June 28, 1962. Approved July 2, 1958.

Private Law 85-462 AN ACT For the relief of Federico Luss. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the periods of time Federico Luss has resided and was physically present in the United States or any State since March 4, 1952, shall be held and considered as compliance with the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of said Act.
