Restrictions.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION (LIQUIDATION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION)

For liquidation of obligations incurred pursuant to authority contained in section 106 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1956 (70 Stat. 376) and section 6 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1958 (72 Stat. 93) and the Act of August 23, 1958 (72 Stat. 834), $14,600,000, to remain available until expended.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES

For expenses necessary for the general administration of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, including such expenses in field offices, $3,715,000. P A Y M E N T TO K L A M A T H TRIBE OF I N D I A N S

For reimbursement to the Klamath Tribe of Indians of necessary expenses involved in preparing for termination of Federal supervision, in accordance with the Acts of August 14, 1957 (71 Stat. 347), and August 23, 1958 (72 Stat. 816), $100,000, to remain available until expended.

LIQUIDATION OF K L A M A T H AND M E N O M I N E E AGENCIES

For expenses necessary for the liquidation of the Klamath and Menominiee Indian Agencies in terminating supervision over the property of the Klamath and Menominee Tribes of Indians and the individual members thereof, $250,000. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

Appropriations for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (except the revolving fund for loans) shall be available for expenses of exhibits; purchase of not to exceed two hundred and eighty-five passenger motor vehicles (including twenty-five for police-type use which may exceed by $300 each the general purchase price limitation for the current fiscal year) for replacement only, which may be used for the transportation of Indians; advance payments for service (including services which may extend beyond the current fiscal year) under contracts executed pursuant to the Act of June 4, 1936 (25 U.S.C. 452), the Act ^f sta|- I'tss.^ ^ of August 3, 1956 (70 Stat. 986), and legislation terminating Federal 309a.
