ACT
To provide for the conveyance of certain real property of the United States to Sophronia Smiley Delaney and her sons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Sophronia s. De- (jfiHed States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary 'convryancer* of Agriculture shall convey by quitclaim deed to Sophronia Smiley Delaney, Woodworth, Louisiana, and her sons Charles Franklin Delaney, Junior, Jimmie Scott Delaney, and Jack Richard Delaney, upon the payment by them to the United States of the sum of $5,000, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the real property described in section 2, which land was acquired by the United States at a cost of $2,500 for use in connection with Camp Claiborne, Louisiana, during World W a r 11. SEC. 2. The real property referred to in the first section of this Act is more particularly described as follows: South half of northeast quarter and north half of southeast q^uarter of section 8, township 2 north, range 2 west, Louisiana meridian, containing 160 acres, more or less, Rapides Parish, Louisiana. To authorize Colonel Philip M. Whitney, United States Army, retired, to accept and wear the decoration tendered him by the Government of the Republic of France.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the coi^p hiiip M. United States of America in Congress assembled, That Colonel Philip Whitney. M. Whitney, United States Army, retired, is authorized to accept and wear the decoration known as the Croix de Guerre with palm, and to accept any supporting documents tendered him by the Government of the Republic of France. The Secretary of State shall deliver such decoration and any such supporting documents to the said Colonel Philip M. Whitney. Approved September 14, 1959.

For the relief of Arshalonis Simeonian. Be it enacted by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (6) of section 212(a) of the Immigra|-j^^jj ^^^ Nationality Act, Arshalouis Simeonian may, if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act, be issued a visa and be admitted to the United States for permanent residence, under such conditions and controls as the Attorney General, after consultation with the Surgeon General of the United States, deems necessary to impose: Provided, That a suitable or proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, shall be given by or on behalf of the said Arshalouis Simeonian in the same manner and subject to the same conditions as bonds or undertakings given under
