(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, may be naturalized Dy taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Otto Small shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved July 14, 1960.

Private Law 86-445 AN ACT For the relief of Anna Semechole Marcolina.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, Anna Semechole Marcolina, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 401(e) of the Nationality Act of 1940, may be naturalized by taking, prior to one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, an oath as prescribed by section 337 of such Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Anna Semechole Marcolina shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved July 14, 1960.

Private Law 86-446 AN ACT For the relief of Sister Frances Cabrini (Virginia Bilbao),

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assenwled, That, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrants of arrest^ and bond, which may have issued in the case of Sister Frances Cabrini (Virginia Bilbao). From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Sister Frances Cabrini (Virginia Bilbao) shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued.
