Private Law 87-165 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Tyra Fenner Tynes. Be it enacted by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That sections 15 to 20, inclusive, of the Federal Employees' Compensation Act are hereby waived in favor of Mrs. Tyra Fenner Tynes, New Orleans, I^ouisiana, and her claim for compensation for the death of her husband, Tyra Fenner Tynes, a former civilian employee of the Corps of Engineers, United States Army, who died in the Canal Zone on September 23, 1942, shall be acted upon under the remaining provisions of such Act if she files such claim with the Bureau of Employees' Compensation, Department of Labor, within six months after the date of enactment of this Act. No benefits shall accrue by reason of the enactment of this Act for any period prior to the date of enactment. Approved August 30, 1961.

Private Law 87-166 AN ACT For the relief of James D. Jallli. Be it enacted by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, James D. Jalili snail be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of December 10, 1955, upon payment of the required visa fee. Private Law 87-167 AN ACT For the relief of Ernest Morris. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ^tates of America in Congress assembled, That Ernest Morris is hereby relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $1,788.80, the amount in which he was paid salary payments in violation of the Act of July 31, 1894 (28 Stat. 205) as amended, during the period September 22, 1958, through January 26, 1959. Ernest Morris was erroneously advised by agents of the United States at the time of his employment as an operating engineer by the General Services Administration in September 1958 that such section 212 was not applicable in his case. In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for any amount for which liability is relieved by this Act. 64207 0-62—60
