Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United /States of America in Congress assembled, That the limitations District court. and restrictions contained in section 142 of title 28, United States ^'It'Lt^sas Code, shall be waived with respect to the holding of court at Akron, Ohio, by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division. Approved October 15, 1962.
